Discussing Braiding Sweetgrass

   UUCP Emergent Nature is a continuing in-person discussion and sharing group facilitated by Jen McDaniel where we will plant the seeds of a reciprocal relationship with the Earth and one another. The first book we’ll discuss is Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants by Robin Wall Kimmerer. It is available to purchase locally and online as well as to borrow at local libraries. Electronic, audiobook, and traditional formats are all welcome. If you need help acquiring a copy, please ask.       Tai Chi is an ancient discipline from China. Join Dave Grebner for this class, where we will learn how to stand and move to enhance the flow of chi life energy through our bodies. We will meet in the church foyer, find an available room, and practice until 10am.
