This cross-quarter holiday takes place at the midway point between the winter solstice (Yule) and the spring equinox (Ostara). It has long been recognized as the beginning of the end of winter, marked by the first perceptible elongation of daylight. Hosted by the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria in collaboration with Susan Smith and The Cauldron of Knowledge. Join us for a group ritual followed by an optional potluck. Bring a hand drum or rattle if you have one, some will be available to share.
