Many of us cite the seven principles of Unitarian Universalism as a core expression of our shared values. From we covenant to promote the inherent worth and dignity of every person to the interdependent web of existence of which we are a part, living those principles is a daily challenge. But where did they come from? While our larger UU world considers revising these principles, how did they come to us in the first place?
