Welcome
Feel free to give our church a try by coming to a few Sunday services or other activities. Everyone is welcome—we welcome any race, age, gender, sexual orientation, income, or lifestyle. And you’re encouraged to bring your individual beliefs—you won’t have to change them for us.
About Us
Welcome to the Universalist Unitarian Church of Peoria, Illinois. It’s not easy to sum up our church in a few words, but a good place to start is with our mission statement. We offer you the freedom to follow your own path to spiritual and religious truth. Everyone is welcome in the spirit of inclusive love and acceptance. Here you can grow spiritually in a caring, supportive community. And you can help heal our world by getting involved in community and global outreach.
Visiting
Sunday services start at 10:30 a.m. To make it easier to find a parking space, you may want to arrive by 10:20 or a little earlier. Wear whatever you feel comfortable in—we don’t have a “dress code.”
Have Kids?
Children are our future. That’s why we offer a variety of enriching programs and activities for the youngest members of our church community.
Who We Are
In our congregation you’ll find families with children, singles, couples, teens, kids, retirees—people of all ages, income levels, and walks of life.
What We Offer
You’ll find plenty going on at our church—not just on Sunday, but all through the week. We have programs and activities for kids, adults, and all ages; for large groups and small groups; and for a wide range of interests.

Finding Yourself
Sunday, Apr 14, 2019 @ 10:30 am As Rev. Lynnda White tells us, "finding yourself" shouldn't require a GPS. ‘Finding yourself’ is not how it works. You aren’t a ten-dollar bill in last winter’s coat pocket. You are also not lost. Your true self is right here,...
What Does It Mean to Be a People of Wholeness?
Sunday, Apr 7, 2019 @ 10:30 am We Unitarian Universalists understand the urge to restore what once was. But our faith teaches us that this is just not how the world works. What do we need to become whole? We Unitarian Universalists understand the urge to restore what...
