CUUPs: The Correllian Lustration of the Living
August 29, 2026 2:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Richwoods-1-Fellowship Hall (200)2026 Midwest Regional Correllian Lustration of the Living
Saturday, August 29, Doors open at 1:30pm; Ceremony begins at 2pm
You are invited to attend the 2026 Midwest Regional Correllian Lustration of the Living! The Lustration ceremony originated as a rite of purification and blessing performed by the founders of the Correllian Nativist Tradition. The ceremony blesses members of the Tradition and Deity in both masculine and feminine aspects and recognizes the interconnectivity of all beings. The Oracle of the Ancestors is also delivered to those in attendance. Lustrations are held twice yearly, once in late winter/early spring to honor the Ancestors and another in late summer/early autumn to celebrate the Living. This ceremony involves the lighting of incense and a ritual blessing by water. (You may get sprinkled!)
Bring a dish for the potluck to follow, and please provide a list of ingredients for those with allergies and food sensitivities. Thank you kindly and May the Blessing Be!
