In honor of Charles Darwin’s birthday, we explore the crisis of faith and marriage that impacted the development of his theory of evolution.
The worship is inspired by Evolution Sunday as part of The Clergy Letter Project. Started 17 years’ ago by biologist and academic Michael Zimmerman, Evolution Sunday is an annual effort to further the conversation between religion and evolution. The Clergy Letter Project promotes religious statements in support of evolution especially in response to anti-evolution policies, such as in school curriculum.
