Bring your own drink and snack and plan to have a good time! If you have a Mah Jongg set or mat, bring it, too. In March, we will begin to teach and play National Mah Jongg (American Mah Jongg).
At Date with Death Club, we explore topics of aging, death, and dying. Attend one, some, or all sessions. This month, our topic is “What to Do with a Dead Body?” Common means are burial and cremation. But technologies are evolving, and there are new choices now. Perhaps you want to donate your body to science? Or have a green burial? We’ll explore what’s out there and the choices you may want to make now to get what you want then.

No adult clothing, mattresses, cribs, car seats, tires, opened liquids, TVs, printers, etc. Please save your books for the fall book sale. We do accept children’s clothing, accessories and shoes for all ages, linens, jackets, purses, jewelry, kitchen and household, sports, games, tools, garden, holiday items, etc. Please place items as far back as you can in the designated RE room(s). The last day we will accept donations is July 24.
We need volunteers to set up and run the sale. Set up will start on Monday, July 15, and run through Thursday, July 25. The first four days of set up, we will unpack, sort, and arrange. The following days will be for pricing. There are no shift times this year. You may sign up for whatever period of time you can work. Cleanup will be after church on Sunday, July 28.
